In the language of the GDPR, we are the data controller for the personal data described below. If you have any question about this policy, write to [email protected] — that address reaches a person, not a ticketing system.
We only ask for what we need to set up your subscription and answer your questions. There is no account, no password and no profile on this site.
When you click Get Started on a plan and submit the form, we receive the name, phone number, e-mail address and country you typed in, together with the plan you selected.
If you start our Telegram bot, it can send you content picks, service updates and occasional giveaways. To do that it stores the Telegram chat identifier the platform assigns you. You can stop this at any time by blocking the bot or telling us to remove you — see section 9.
If you contact us on Telegram, WhatsApp or by e-mail, we see the content of your message and whatever identifier that platform shows us — typically a username or phone number. During remote setup support you may also tell us which device and player you use; we keep that only while we are helping you.
We store no payment data at all. This website has no payment page and never asks for card numbers. Payments are arranged directly through whichever method you choose — bank transfer, Revolut, PayPal, Telegram Payments or cryptocurrency — and the data involved stays with that provider, under its own privacy policy. We keep no card numbers, no bank details and no transaction records of our own.
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that records standard technical information for each request: IP address, browser type and the time of the request. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting. The site is hosted by Porkbun LLC (United States).

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it out, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
This website sets no cookies. It uses no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no Yandex Metrica, no session recording and no advertising tags. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage. That is why you are not greeted by a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The site's typefaces are served from this website itself. Your browser makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font service, so your IP address is not passed to a third party in order to render this page.
We use a small number of outside services to run the site and reach you. Each one only receives what it needs for its part of the job.

On our side, exactly one person handles your data: the owner of Panda TV. Nobody else has access to the request chat, the mailbox or the spreadsheet, and we employ no other staff who could read them. A copy of the subscription record is also kept as a spreadsheet file on the owner's own computer.
We may also disclose data if the law obliges us to — for example in response to a valid order from a competent authority.
Panda TV is run from Ukraine, and the services listed in section 6 are operated by companies in the United States and elsewhere. Your data is therefore handled outside the European Economic Area. Ukraine is not currently covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, so we say this plainly rather than bury it: if you would rather your details were not processed outside the EEA, please do not submit the form, and contact us to discuss it first.
Where our providers move data across borders, they do so under their own safeguards — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for US-based providers, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where they take part in it. You can ask us which safeguards apply to a specific provider and we will point you to them.
Whatever the route, the amount of data involved is small by design: a name, a phone number, an e-mail address, a country and the plan you chose.
If a law requires us to keep something longer — accounting records, for instance — we keep only what that law requires, and only for as long as it requires.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the following rights over your data. They are free to exercise, and we answer within one month.
To use any of these, write to [email protected] or message us on Telegram. We may ask one question to confirm the request really comes from you — we are not trying to obstruct you, only to avoid handing your data to someone else.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country. A list of EU authorities is published at edpb.europa.eu. We would rather you told us first, so we can fix it.
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. The form is submitted to a server-side endpoint, and no access tokens or credentials are present in the code your browser downloads. The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers, so there is no browsing history for anyone to steal. Access to the request chat, the mailbox and the spreadsheet is limited to the single person named in section 6, and those accounts are protected by two-factor authentication.
No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours and tell you directly where the law requires it.
Panda TV is intended for adults. Do not submit the form if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
Adult content is never included by default. It is added only if an adult subscriber explicitly asks for it.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you, we will say so through the channel you normally hear from us on.
